@bitvalve support said I didn’t provide video evidence does that make sense to you I made payment within 2min and seller is online he ignored my message and after 10hrs told me his acc is suspended he have my money in his acc and his account is suspended still the support cancel the trade

I open a dispute for it and BitValve cancel it saying I didn’t provide video proof I have made payment over 10hrs the seller is using the Acc to trade and after 10hrs they lock the Acc what did I have to do with that you have my money in your Acc

Another trade of $600 made the payment within 2min the seller is actively online replying other person ignore my paid trade I open another trade with him he send me the same details buy didn’t reply the one I paid after 10hrs he reply saying his account is suspended
