You don’t need millions of users.
1,000 people × $10/month = $10K MRR.
One creator alone brought me 143,000+ users.
Sometimes you're just:
• 1 viral video
• 1 UGC creator
• 1 product that actually works
away from everything changing.
Hot take:
Vercel and Supabase are amazing for getting projects off the ground fast.
But once traffic grows, the costs can ramp up quickly.
At that point, self-hosting often makes a lot more sense.

We find bugs, and the app fixes them.
Is this the future we’re heading toward?
After a bunch of trial and error, I finally switched to Powersync for my offline-first features.

Over-controlling the model makes it less efficient.
Give it room to be creative.
Let it try, fail, and try again.
It might just deliver better results than we expected.
