I don't want to cry at work, I really don't and if I do I want it to be because some hot person in the office broke my heart not because my superiors are ineffective at communicating their expectations.
You know what sucks? When your boss makes a post on Facebook on how you should correct people in private, but then drags you in front of the whole staff, enough that others try to comfort you in the middle of the MEETING!
at staff meetings my manager constantly forgets about me so EVERY meeting she looks around and is "shocked" to see me sitting in the same seat I sit in every time and goes "oh..sorry" points at me "do you have anything to share?"
The fact is that very few people here understand how to properly communicate, I have to spend hours trying to decipher passive aggressive/vague/confusing emails & I end up anxious and with no solutions.
dodedodedodode iwihsh iwas in disneyland, bootieajeikehgoiwhejglfwiehtijghiwheoijghdliwehtlijfjkgheislehgoeihejlsirehtl4ewi - oh hey sorry, I had to smash my keyboard to look really busy for the last 15 minutes of my shift so people think i did something these past 8hrs
i too would like an over enthusiastic white boomer to be my parent & say things like "slay" "rainbow bc ur gay", while they also take over all of my financial responsibility bc I'm a tender and sweet 22 babe
