@GAMEHelps Hi, I've had my PS5 for 3 weeks and the Dualsense controller R2 trigger has become loose already, I believe mine arrived faulty for it to break this quickly!

What is the process to get the controller replaced? It came in the box with the console.

For anyone who has ordered PS5 from Game UK on 3rd Dec. I got a text message from royal mail this morning that it's arriving tomorrow, also got an email from Game that its been dispatched. I did the £10 delivery option. #PS5 #ps5ukstock #GameUK
