@GE_Appliances So after my washing machine door shattered, no record of the part ordered, service tech 1 AND 2 didn’t come…. What now? How much longer am I waiting for my part and tech to NOT arrive this time? 🙄
@GE_Appliances Nobody confirmed my appointment until my guy called today, shocked that the door had shattered. “Well, I have here that it’s a washer?” Yes. “Gee, it shattered? That’s unusual.” YUP IT IS my dude. Why they never told him the issue, I’ll never know!
Absolutely livid. @GE_Appliances NEVER confirmed my service appointment for my washer. This single mother of 3 has been weeks without a washer. My appointment was today. Service guy called and informed me the GLASS DOOR THAT SHATTERED hadn’t been ordered yet! WTF GE?
I just don’t understand how service had no idea that my issue of a “Shattered glass door” didn’t need communication to the service tech, or even a part ordered??
Hopefully this will be dealt with at my NEXT service appointment Monday. Don’t fail me again. @GE_Appliances
