Still refusing my refund. Just Eat calls delivery times "estimates," but under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided within a "reasonable time." A 2hr wait is a clear breach. Don’t let them hide behind T&Cs! #ConsumerRights #JustEat

@JustEatUK Don't know why I keep trying to use just eat service, I ordered a burger king meal for lunch the delivery time kept changing so I tried to see and cancel order via website got told systems never submitted my then even after requesting cancellation you forced the order

Further update on this they are still trying to justify their stance and refusing to refund the charge I will be submitting a trading standards complaint and filing a dispute for the charge they are trying to state that the 2 hour delivery time frame is acceptable and I'm liable

@JustEatUK Sent you a DM I think with a screenshot of the first email. I emailed requesting it to be cancelled as it was taking too long and instead of the person seeing oh it hasn't been submitted let's just cancel they pushed the order through.

Even after multiple requests to cancel you still sent it out when you could have just cancelled it as requested and are now refusing a refund absolute shocking and terrible service from your company

@EmilySm43 Service and restaurant type along with quality and level of service will dictate any tips given, if I order food and still have not eaten or received it after an hour you wouldn't get anything.
