What the hell are you talking about. see this is where MAGA needs to get off the internet and take a damn chill pill. What is wrong with this image? Are we going to do the same thing to other religious schools who do this like Christian, Jewish, Mormon, etc. Why is that you all pick on those who practice the Islamic faith so much. What is it that they do that scares you, but are silent by the Christian nationalism that in the past have been terrible for minorities and women?

You talk about wanting to bring people together, but also are dividing people. The hypocrisy is out of control when it comes to you and others.

Can someone explain why y’all are making this political and way to personal. You do realize this happens in a lot of cities around the country doing certain holidays right? So to make this political and personal makes no sense.

If your putting this much energy into this. Than put this energy towards Congress and this administration to tackle healthcare, housing, education, affordability, oil, agriculture, etc.

All of these Republicans and MAGA personnel so mad about a Senator supporting Mexico. Don’t you all have more important things to worry about like the cost of living, cost of buying a house, education, healthcare, etc. I swear yall want to get mad and irritated about every little thing. I think that some of you just love to complain at this point because that is all I see. Anyone that does something you don’t like or deem American enough yall want to argue and ostracize them, but won’t keep that some energy for Republican Senators who do the same.

Mark Kelly is more American than most of the people below who have commented on this post. Look at his resume and what he has done. I would gladly vote for him if he was in my state because he actually cares about the people and about moving this country forward. While the Republican Party only cares about themselves and people who have money.

You do know that you can route for team USA and another country right or you can route strictly for a country that isnt team USA. That is the beauth of sports and of this country you can choose who you want to route for.

Why do you and others think that Socialism is communism? I think it’s time for you to go back to school and take US History and a Civics course and comment on politics until you past with an A because you just sound 👎🏾👎🏾.

Plus they also taught African History and the history of other marginalized groups like Native Americans, Mexican Americans, etc. Taught about the importance that they did and still do when contributing to this great nation. Plus they also taught about Christian nationalism which is growing within the Republican Party.

Racism is and has been apart of this country ask any minority thwy would tell you. As well as there is a segment in America that don’t hide how they feel which is the KKK, proud boys, etc.

Having the Obamas in the White House proved that America is not beyond racisim like how you think it was. It exposed peoples true color and the face that they had being upset that a black man became President of the United States. I swear does Sage and some of these other people in these comments have do any research or do they just go based on emotion? If people actually research and read about what Alicia Keys is talking. It’s reproductive rights and medical decisions along with the ERA amendment that gurantees equal
Protection that has never been certified to be officially apart of the US Constitution.

I think it’s fundamental that people need to read and go back to Civics. As well as taking a year long class to learn about American History.

See it’s people with this kind of thinking that makes me very irritated. Who are you to say that she isn’t qualified or fitting for this job? Have you seen her resume? Her resume speaks volumes and she has done far more before being on the high court. She has more experience in being a Federal Judge than that of Justices Roberts, Thomas, Kagan, and Barrett. Bringing experience as both a federal prosecutor and a federal public defender. Which is something these justices do not have.

So to say she isn’t qualified it’s ignorant. When she brings a perspective that this court should have when looking at these cases comparing it to the US Constitution to decide the Constitutionality if this case is good or bad.

So healthcare is regressive? Universal childcare is regressive? Paid parental leave to take care of a newborn is regressive? I can’t talk these politicians on the right serious. I can understand if you were trying to work on policy and trying to come up and find a way to make sure it’s paid and all of that. I can at least roll with them on at least trying to find a solution to that and other issues so that Americans isn’t suffering, but DeSantis and Republican politicians are really tone deaf and love to hear themselves speak.

When these topics are discussed and poll. They get wide ranging support from the American people. As well as how many times have we seen Democrats and Republicans say how they like it in Europe, Asia, and others that countries like Denmark, Switzerland , Japan, etc have all these benefits that help their citizens and want to do that here. Which they can, this is the richest country on earth from what is told. Why and how come we can’t have things in place that actual cater to the American people that work a 9 to 5, the ones that make this country go, instead of always the wealthy because they will be well off unlike the middle class and the poor.

Here we go again spouting nonsense and just ignorant. It’s not about stopping fireworks, but you do realize that fireworks aren’t to be lite up in certain areas especially in heavily populated areas because those fireworks if not handled properly can lead to fires, injuries, and death. There are documented cases of that happening.

So what is wrong with a state and local government telling people not light fireworks in areas that are heavily populated and in areas that might be prone to fires especially if it is dry. Like we have been experiencing. I am tired of you and others wanting to make this an issue that it isn’t. It’s like all you and others do is wanting to divide the country even more.

There is no reason to pass it. There are already stuff that states do when it comes to voting. It does disenfranchise people because for women and some men if you have changed your last name, you’re not gonna be able to vote underneath this legislation unless you can produce a birth certificate or a passport.

This is exactly the problem we have now. People want to define what is American and what isn’t when the beauty of America is actually holding the country and its officials accountable to the people. What is wrong with saying that America has lived up to its potential? Especially when we have a homeless problem, children going hungry, healthcare, affordability going up and wages not meeting reality? What is wrong with saying that.

I do believe that some of yall just love to create problems and believe everything that someone tells you to. Instead of being independent thinkers and actually trying to understand why many people across this nation feel that way. Especially when Republicans say Capitalism works, but only works for the super rich and wealthy, and not for the middle class and poor people who are trying to better themselves.
