The PulseX buy-and-burn was deliberately switched off by the contract owner on 28 August 2026. It was not an automatic failure or a protocol shutdown.
PulseX takes a 0.29% swap fee. On V2 pools, 21% of that fee is sent to dedicated burn contracts as LP tokens from the traded pairs.
Anyone could previously call a public buyAndBurn function that:
• converts those LP tokens,
• swaps the proceeds into PLSX,
• sends the PLSX to the dead address,
• and pays the caller a small bounty.
The exploit
The caller chose the list of pairs. That was the weak point. Bots could:
• sandwich the conversion (front-run / back-run the swaps), or
feed it “hook” tokens (tokens that run extra code on transfer or swap) that warped prices mid-transaction.
Value that should have bought PLSX was skimmed instead. Community estimates put the loss in the low tens of thousands of dollars across a handful of pairs—not a drain of user wallets or core liquidity, but a leak in the burn itself.
Why it was turned off
On 28 August 2026 the owner flipped a switch (toggleAnyAuth) that made the burn function owner-only or whitelist-only. Random wallets can no longer call it or pick their own routes. That shut the attack path quickly without rewriting the contract.
Fees still flow in every day. They just sit there unconverted. Only the owner can turn public calling back on or add new authorized callers.
The same change was made on both V1 and V2 burn contracts. Public calls now fail with “FORBIDDEN.” Fees have kept arriving and have piled up as unconverted LP positions (about $200k as of late September).
Those tokens have not disappeared. They sit in the contracts until the owner either re-enables public calls or converts them. Until then the daily buy pressure and supply reduction PLSX holders expected is paused, even though trading and fee collection continue.
The future burn 🔥 will be hot!
Been running the napkin math on PulseX’s buy-and-burn.
The daily accumulation isn’t just growing ♨️ it’s stacking.
Enough pressure is building that a 26.4%+ move on the next burn doesn’t look like a stretch.
The real question: does PLSX finally flip PLS when that fire hits? 🔥
Go f*ck yourselves @jennystrasburg@WSJ if you think I'll be part of your smear campaigns.
The desperate coordinated legacy media "hit pieces" are still being set up, this time at @elonmusk again.
The dispatches hit piece was supposed to discredit me, and they were to hit Elon with "oh look what he's done, and you supported him", but I completely destroyed them.
Done ✅ Appreciate you dropping the exact form and details, Coffee!

The ADL is training security at Kanye "Ye" West's concert in Chicago to spot "anti-Semitic symbols."
"They have guaranteed us a zero-tolerance policy that when the staff sees [anti-Jewish] symbols, that attendee will not be allowed to stay in the venue," the ADL's Rebecca Weininger tells WGN-TV.
The concert venue, Soldier Field, is publicly owned by the Chicago Park District and is obligated to respect the First Amendment.
That the ADL is somehow being given the privilege to decide who can be allowed in is bizarre.

Four months.
A completely different product ecosystem.
We didn’t spend the summer talking.
We spent it building.
PulseChain is changing — for the better. 🫡
Having used Liquid Loans and its forks extensively last cycle, the missing loan volume and liquidity make sense once you look at the actual mechanics.
For new users, it’s important to ensure you’re “fully educated.”
You may never get liquidated. But every Vault is still exposed to redemptions.
These always hit the lowest Individual Collateral Ratio positions first. To stay clear, you must keep your ICR higher than most others (the Debt In Front metric shows exactly where you stand).
When your Vault is redeemed against, your debt is reduced by the USDL amount and an equivalent dollar value of collateral is taken.
You take no direct USD loss and your ratio improves — but you permanently lose some exposure to the underlying asset.
“Never selling” still requires constant management to stay above the redemption queue!
That reality is why sustained borrowing demand has been hard to rebuild.
I won’t even bring up the sacrifice however “Never forget” comes to mind.
Ryan Gerritsen reflects on what many have identified as the most difficult aspect of navigating injury: the relentless experience of being gaslit.
That steady erosion of trust and reality, left its mark not only on those who were injured but also on the ones who remained steadfast in their beliefs and knowledge of the dangers.
What an amazing portfolio tracker!
The only challenge I ran into—perhaps more of a wishlist item—is the lack of a simple way to load my portfolio from my computer onto my phone (ideally via a portfolio ID) or otherwise reload the same wallets across devices without having to re-enter everything manually.
Is there a chance to incorporate this feature while maintaining privacy?
Gas Tank live, all-chain in-wallet swaps shipping.
Broader hardware wallet + Railgun support coming!
This is the kind of quiet, methodical progress that actually matters in privacy tech.
No flashy promises—just systematic deployment across EVM chains, careful attention to security (hardware wallets so people can stay private longer without hot-wallet anxiety).
Railgun integration done right isn’t just a feature checkbox.
It’s the difference between temporary privacy theater and users who can actually keep value shielded because they trust the custody layer.
The more chains and the more secure entry points, the stronger the network effect for real on-chain privacy.
ZKX wallet is becoming the new meta!
Solid work, Liberty Swap.!
✅Gas Tank is done. We are deploying it to main production across all chains.
We have completed only about half of the EVM chains so far. Each EVM chain requires its own contract deployment, so deploying across all chains takes time.
After that, we need to submit the feature upgrade for the extension and wait for Google’s approval.
This Friday, we should be able to submit it.
☑️Supporting all major hardware wallets with Railgun is essential for privacy.
It allows users to keep their coins in their Railgun balance longer, protecting their privacy without worrying about the security of their wallet.
We are also releasing broader hardware wallet support together with Railgun integration.
✅All-chain in-wallet swap is done.
We are deploying it to production.
PulseChain just got a proper self-custody upgrade 🔥

🔥 PulseChain, this is one of those moments when a community shows what it is made of.
🟢 WE’RE TAKING PULSECHAIN TO LIBERPULCO
https://t.co/wq1q9RyC8x
After years in the trenches, PulseChain has already proved it can survive. Now, as belief begins to return, we have a chance to show what the community behind it can actually do.
Not by shouting inside our own bubble, but by carrying PulseChain into new rooms and putting it in front of people who already understand why decentralisation, open money, censorship resistance and individual sovereignty matter.
Zero Trust is sending Gabriel @openinfoservice and Luxa @zero_cast_ to LIBERPULCO in Serbia, a three-day international gathering of builders, speakers and freedom advocates.
Gabriel is on the speaker programme alongside names including Vít Jedlička, Jeff Berwick, Alec Zeck, Gareth Icke and Patrick Henningsen. His talk, The Cost of TRUE Liberty, will explore @zkxwallet, Bitcoin, quantum wallet recovery and the importance of building technology beyond institutional control.
Zero Trust will also have its own stand throughout the event. Gabriel and Luxa will be interviewing speakers, meeting builders and presenting everything being built across the Zero Trust ecosystem, from the https://t.co/zabKIznrTp, https://t.co/jmD4qbowdc, https://t.co/t3skllvon5 and https://t.co/bwdWStsEVI to @LibertySwapFi, ZKX Wallet and the wider network of products carrying PulseChain into the real world.
This will be roughly the tenth conference the Zero Trust ecosystem has funded this year.
That is not a promise about what we might do. It is a record of what we have already done.
We have sent Gabriel and Luxa around the world. We have shown the photographs, published the videos and shared the interviews. Every trip has expanded the contact list, opened new doors and carried PulseChain into rooms it would otherwise never have entered.
Timelines create reach. Real rooms create relationships.
PulseChain does not appear in these places by accident. Someone has to carry it there, explain what is being built and make sure the right people remember the name when the next conversation begins.
Until now, Zero Trust has covered every conference itself. This time, we are inviting the wider PulseChain community to carry the next one with us.
PulseChain is a massive community. If enough of us decide this is worth backing and put something behind it, we can give Gabriel and Luxa a proper presence at LIBERPULCO and make this one count.
If you believe in PulseChain, if you support @i_am_zerotrust, if you use @LibertySwapFi, or if you believe the international liberty movement needs genuinely decentralised technology, this is something real you can help put into the world.
Gabriel and Luxa will do the travelling, speaking, interviewing and relationship-building. The community can put real weight behind them.
Let’s put PulseChain on the floor, at the stand and inside the conversations shaping where the liberty movement goes next.
Let’s show them what this community is made of. 🔥
Anything you can contribute will help. If you cannot contribute, share it.
