4️⃣ We will use the snapshot that was taken on August to determine your number of assets (as was announced).

You have until the end of the month to claim airdrops, at which time airdrops will cease.

世界中の政府が、人工知能が労働に与える深刻な影響を徐々に認識し始めています。これはもはや遠い未来の仮説ではなく、すでに現実のものとなりつつあります。

個人レベルでは、誰もがこの新たな状況を踏まえて、自身のキャリアのあり方を考え直さなければなりません。

どのようなスキルが今後も有用であり続けるのでしょうか？

かつては数時間かかっていた作業を、わずか数秒でこなすことができる技術が台頭する中、私たちの生産的付加価値とは何になるのでしょうか？

数年後には、経済の広範な分野で人員が大幅に削減され、人類史上かつてない状況が生まれるでしょう。それは、労働力の比例的な増加を必要としない、大規模な生産性の向上です。

ここ10年近く、私は、まさにこの前例のない技術的進歩がもたらす影響を緩和するために、部分的なベ シックインカムの導入を提唱する 員として活動してきました。

なぜなら、AIが時間を生み出す一方で、それは根本的な問いも突きつけるからです。すなわち、従来の仕事が中心的な位置を占めなくなったとき、どうすれば尊厳を持って生き続けられるのか、という問いです。

しかし、単に生計を立てるという必要性を超えて、より深い問いが浮かび上がります。それは、解放された時間をどう過ごすかということです。

職業活動が縮小し、あるいは時代遅れになったとしても、いかにして「前進している」という感覚や「自己超越」の感覚を維持できるのでしょうか？

ここで、STEPN、そしてより広く「Move-to-Earn（M2E）」アプリが、私の目には未来において不可欠な役割を果たすものだと考えます。

自己超越への人間の欲求や、自己成長がもたらす深い満足感は、決して消えることはありません。また、努力に対して報いられるという本能的な欲求も同様です。これは「働けば得る」という、多くの文化に根付いた原則そのものです。

ベーシックインカムは、たとえ部分的なものであっても、問題の 部しか解決しません。それは経済的な生存を確保するものではありますが、具体的な努力が具体的な成果をもたらすことで得られる「価値感」に取って代わるものではないのです。

STEPNはまさにこの第二の側面を満たしています。
