Being able to separate "I don't like it" and "it's bad" - or at least understand that the distinction exists - is an important skill not even for an artist, but for any person.
THIS. it sounds harsh but itโs true, and itโs okay that not everyone is a writer. not everyone *needs* to be a writer. having ideas is not enough to claim yourself as one - youโve got to be willing to turn that into words on a page that you yourself have crafted.
Without physical games:
- Midnight launches are dead
- Collectors Editions lose half of their value
- You canโt share, trade, or sell your games
- You canโt buy used games
- If thereโs a server outage, youโre shit out of luck
- YOU OWN NOTHING
