@Imranmuhdz Nig. has laws but its implementation has been our greatest undoing. Tell me why the Judiciary had not made a judicial pronouncement on this issue? And why has INEC not done the needful one way or the other so that we can move forward? Nig judiciary surely needs a reformation.

Also , bear in mind that Nig. is a federation…the Feds should curtail a direct influence on the LGs. There are pros and cons in the judgment, that could be why PO is silent.
