Today I decided to start a mind diet. This mean staying away from social networks and refusing to watch films, youtube videos etc. Also I turned off all notification from public groups and unnecessary applications which distract me during working day. It’s time to focus on myself

When every task you take is failed it is hard to stay calmed and positive. When everything you touch destroys and there is no option than to give it up. Remember, nothing hurts us so much than our worst expectations. Result is neutral, only we decide how to react.

If you don’t make plans for a working day then small tasks without any significance will steal all your time and as a result the main purposes will not be done. The second matter is to focusing on this plan within working day.

It is strange to congratulate my brother with his 18th birthday because I used to treat him like a young boy with feeling that myself still 20 years old. Today I realised that I’m about to celebrate my 30th anniversary soon which is terrifying me.

When you are in depression and in poor mood you are trying to damage your self mentally. Instead of it is better to think positively even there are no preconditions. You should to do by forcing yourself and then after all you become a normal person again with a pocket of enrergy.

Being living with a woman for long time under the one roof it’s heroic feat for a man. Women and men are completely different and what seem right for a husband means wrong for a wife. But the main issue’s that woman always try to control and manipulate her man.That’s a key point.

Reading the book in original language is hard but much more interesting than in translating because localisation steal the vibe and author’s expressions. You can feel the energy in same way it feel the author without any filter. I found it excitedly.

I noticed that long working time at office makes me feel depressed. It is much better to meet people outside and participate in different activities. In a future I will try to reduce office hours and make more life meeting.

Sometimes I feel broken but my aspiration can help me scope this bad state much faster then I will stay in bed and watch netflix. The best what you can do in order to avoid depression, it is to stay on track of your plan and continue actions without failing.

It is really too hard to look after two small kids.😲 It is much harder than the worst day in the office 😂. After half day you’ve already felt tired 😓. I sympathise to women who have to look after small children. They deserve a recognition more than they have at present.

Today was a hard day. I had a lot of work to do but afterwards there is no results. It makes me feel like a small rat in a circus. At the end of the day I am exhausted too much for writing this post. But I made a pledge to make a post everyday and I follow it
