@JLinvilleFert So this begs the question, if the increase in price doesn’t shift acres but it does shift application rates lower could it have a significant impact on yields? Or is this the year most guys realize they have been over applying N all along.
Alright AgX, tell me why a young guy shouldn’t buy bred cows graze them on a few acres of summer annuals and rent the rest of the crop land to the big row crop guys. Rotate them through cover crops, summer annuals and row crop residue.
@Continuum_Ag Mitchell, what did your N program look like? Planted into a similar cover with N loaded up front and planted green then terminated that is struggling with nutrient tie up.
