Federal layoff appeals now go to OPM instead of the independent board. No hearing. The rule says you "cannot obtain judicial review."

Nobody has sued.

Missouri's Supreme Court: the new map never took effect. Kavanaugh wouldn't block that.

Minutes later a federal judge ordered the Secretary of State to use the voided map anyway. He did.

Home Depot booked $730M in tariff refunds. Its own CFO said $685M of it applied to products "that have already been sold."

You paid that tariff inside the shelf price. There is no consumer refund mechanism.
