I used to train with UFC fighters. Played college baseball. Being in shape was a lifestyle….until life happened.

That was years ago.

Burtchy Levels Up- a real, unscripted look at a glimpse into my life. A successful businessman, who with the stresses of life has let fitness and health take a back seat. There’s no point to having all the material wealth if your physical health isn’t a part of that lifestyle too.

So this is me, a businessman in the Philippines living with my girlfriend Gliecy, my German Shepard Mila, documenting what actually happens when you decide to change something.
