I find this kind op-ed exhausting. Focus on the cases you don't like and say "Ah hah! Partisanship!" Conservatives on the court have dealt countless blows to the GOP from ObamaCare to the "stolen election" lie. But if you don't confirm every liberal view, you're partisan.
