Could you just explain to me how a claim can be refused if a flight is delayed for any reason other than the weather? If a train is delayed, you get a refund, even if caused by strikes, same with and other service that isn’t as initially advertised. 6 hours delay

What a scam! @Betfair have closed my account claiming that my bank have opened a dispute but @NatWest_Help haven’t a clue what they are talking about and they actually done this to the NatWest employee earlier in the week. All of my funds from my account are gone @BetfairCS

How bad is this, @DavidLloydUK won’t let me cancel after years of membership as they don’t see my wife being on maternity leave as a valid drop of income. They think that even though we don’t have the time to visit or the extra income to fund the membership, we don’t have a case
