@AskPlayStation Day 73 since reporting a serious failure of my PS5 console, Sony are an absolute joke and think "No updates" is an acceptable response after 10 weeks plus...
@AskPS_UK I would suggest that someone contacts me directly with a resolution to my issue with the PlayStation repair team.. tomorrow I will be contacting customer support to request they send me the console back whatever state it may be in so that I can return it to the retailer
@PlayStationUK Day 72 since reporting the failure of my PS5, starting to wonder if the console ever existed or if it was all just a dream. Maybe Sony should look at getting some better engineers
@AskPlayStation I'm done with apologies from PlayStation, I want progress and I think it's reasonable to request this after 71 days. As for your private message - obviously I have exhausted all avenues via contacting PlayStation Support
@AskPS_UK Anyone fancy telling me why it's been 71 days since I reported a catastrophic failure of my PS5 unit and I'm still waiting for a replacement with no updates as to why its taken so long, no idea of when I will receive a replacement or if I will receive a replacement
