No delisting bro. Don't worry! @jbelizaireCEO is a much better artist than that.
Been saying this for a long time. $SLNH
is teaching me some very advanced math. 😂
@jbelizaireCEO
already did a 1-for-25 reverse split in October 2023, taking roughly 37.3M shares down to just 1.5M.
Apparently one wasn’t enough.
In August 2025, shareholders approved ANOTHER reverse-split authorization anywhere from 1-for-5 to 1-for-50 including the ability to execute more than one reverse split within that aggregate range.
Dilute. Reverse split. Dilute again.
Destroy the share price and shareholders and approve another reverse split. Very innovative. 😂
Meanwhile: Share price: down. Market cap: Magically keeps getting bigger. Share count: apparently training for the Olympics. 🤔
Oct. 31, 2023: 1.5M shares
Dec. 31, 2025: 102.5M shares
June 30, 2026: 225.8M shares
Aug. 10, 2026: 244.6M shares
That’s roughly +139% more shares in only a little over 7 months.
And this isn’t even the dilution precentage from the 1.5M share count from end of October 2023. LMAO
Yes. You read that correctly: 102.5M → 244.6M. But actually it’s from 1.5m → 244.6M.
I own $SLNH ,so I’m not throwing rocks from the sidelines.
But I have one uncomfortable question: At what point does “funding growth” become shareholders funding everyone except themselves?
$SLNH isn’t studying the same textbook. Building more data centers is great. Building more shares than data centers? Slightly less exciting. 😂
Meanwhile @jbelizaireCEO are having delicious dinners at very expensive restaurants,
drinking pricy wines,
flying business and private,
living in beautiful places,
driving awesome cars and
Writing all these down as business expense. ( Paid by shareholders of course including his hires ).
Tremendously wonderful @jbelizaireCEO, keep up the soulful and honorable work you do.
@nejatian Probably you do, but can you focus on achieving the same with $OPEN?
Would love to know what you think about the shares price since you joined?
Started building a position in $OPEN.
10k shares @ $2.50.
Target: 40k shares.
Yes, housing is ugly. Rates are ugly. Sentiment is uglier.
Meanwhile, Opendoor has fresh capital, bought back ~5% of its shares, and Kaz is trying to turn the business profitable.
Yes. I’m buying because it looks like 🐩💩
If rates/yields eventually roll over and housing wakes up, I want my position built before everyone suddenly discovers $OPEN again.
Red days will be shopping days. 10K done. 30K to go. 👀
After years of digging through filings, research platforms, and AI tools, I’ve finally found something truly rare: a CEO @IrwinDSimon track record that makes shareholder destruction look like an art form. $TLRY
His “achievements”:
$TLRY went from a ~$300 intraday high in 2018 to ~$0.78 in 2025. A breathtakingly disastrous ~99.7% destruction of shareholder value.
Then he did the 1-for-10 reverse split in 2025 at ~$0.78 to ~$7.71, because apparently changing the number of shares is easier than changing the business and create shareholder value. The stock is now around ~$4. Another “sensational” ~50% decline.
Meanwhile, shareholders went from roughly 8M shares outstanding to ~123M shares. That’s not a typo. That’s once in a generation masterclass ~1435% dilution. 🤯
And through all of this, his executive compensation keeps flowing beautifully. He pockets millions of dollars. And more…
I’m genuinely curious: what exactly does a CEO have to do to lose his job and be held accountable?
Any thoughts? 🤔
Oil pulling back. 10Y yield pulling back. I’m watching these two very closely.
My view: the market is trying to figure out whether we’ve seen the highs in both for the year.
When that becomes clear, I think there’s a period where risk assets rip higher.
One of my tells: US real estate stocks. Watch them.
I’ve also added $OPEN at $2.59.
Starter position for now. Every red day, I’ll be adding more shares.
Sometimes the best entries are made while everyone is still waiting for the all-clear. 👀
A little reminder to watch who you follow on X.
I only started posting my investments publicly a short time ago.
Receipts so far:
$ASST $20.90 → $31.54 +50.9%
$BTGO ~$5.00 → $7.80 +56.0%
$BKKT $8.38 → $9.22 +10.0%
$FLY $20.90 → $21.45 +2.6%
$HYFT $1.20 → $1.37 +14.2%
$SLNH $1.05 → $1.27 +21.0%
$ELUT $0.85 → $0.85 0.0% FDA coming
$MBLY $8.36 → $8.02 -4.1%
$TNYA $0.75 → $0.680 -9.3% FDA coming
Winners AND losers. All posted publicly before the outcome.
I’m not going to tell you how much money I’ve made from these already.
You can scroll down to see how much I bought each and when.
There are people on here with 100K+ followers who discover a stock after it already ran 200%.
Maybe pay a little less attention to follower counts and a little more attention to where people actually put their own money and when.
Followers are public. Receipts should be too. 👀
You really are tremendously blunt aren’t you?
He was able to funded? 😂
He took all his shareholder’s money for it and destroyed them while he’s getting wealthier.
He accomplished nothing with mining either other than stuffing his own pockets. Sit down 🪑 and keep quiet if you don’t understand even the basics of dilution and reverse splits. Let alone investing.
Want to see what a real scam & shareholder destruction actually looks like?
Welcome to $GPUS and @ToddAultIII the Hog 🐷 himself 😂
$GPUS is one of the greatest shareholder value destruction machines I’ve ever studied.
$10,000 invested 1 year ago: ~$772left
$10,000 invested 3 years ago: ~$192left
And when the share price gets too embarrassing?
Reverse split 🥳. Problem solved. 😆
Latest one: 1-for-5. August 24, 2026.
~680M shares → ~136M.
First post-split close: $0.40
Today: ~$0.18
Another ~50% gone in basically a week.
And this isn’t his first rodeo. 😂
$GPUS reverse splits only since 2023:
2023: 1-for-300 — 99.67% share reduction
2024: 1-for-25 — 96%
2024 again: 1-for-35 — 97.14%
2026: 1-for-5 — 80%
Put those reverse splits together:
That’s approximately a 99.99992% cumulative reduction in share count. 😂
And it’s apparently legal. LMAO
At this point $GPUS doesn’t need a turnaround strategy.
It needs a reverse-split loyalty card.
Dilute. Collapse. Rename. Reverse split. Repeat.
At least the business model is consistent.

$ASST is on watch for $30+ today, exactly what I was looking for if you scroll down a bit. 👀
And here’s the interesting part:
Bitcoin is only at $78K.
The convexity in $ASST is already getting ridiculous.
Now imagine the same setup with BTC at $100K. $150K. $200K.
That’s where the math starts getting very interesting.
You can’t explain to an idiot that he’s an idiot.
The problem is, understanding the explanation requires more IQ than he arrived with. 😂
That’s the tragedy of a room-temperature IQ: they’re significantly limited. They simply too stupid to understand how stupid you are. Just the fact some of them suggesting to short a company that already lost over 90% of its value tells you their level of success and intelligence.
@sim27019@cazenove_uk@jbelizaireCEO Another retarded who’s suggesting to short a company that lost 99.999992% already. Homie, don’t raise your hand anymore and sit down. 🪑
Aww, cute. You want to brag. 😂
Fine, let me brag back: my $SLNH average is $1.05. Probably better than yours.
And for the slower ones in the room: I was talking about the overwhelming majority of $SLNH investors over the last 5+ years who basically lost their entire investment.
But since you’ve apparently been an investor for the last year, let’s talk about your period.
What have I seen?
Share price ↓
Share count ↑
Market cap ↑
In fact, shares outstanding went from 102.5M at the end of 2025 to 244.6M by August 10. And Soluna sold 74.2M shares through the ATM in just the first six months of 2026, plus another 18.8M after quarter-end.
So let’s see what little Johnyboy does next. But I’ll tell you now: He’ll do the same as he did until now.
If your slice of the company keeps getting smaller while the company gets bigger, maybe eventually that little bell will start ringing, homie. 🔔😂
Feels strangely familiar to the last 5+ years, doesn’t it?
I see you still don’t get it. Let me open your eyes. And this clearly tells me that you’re not an investor.
If you invested in $SLNH at almost any normal point over the last 5 or more years, you’re sitting on roughly a 90–95% loss today.
Unless, of course, you were the genius who perfectly nailed one of the absolute bottoms after years of destruction and a 1-for-25 reverse splits. Then congratulations you might be a tiny bit up. But only a bit. 🥳
Meanwhile, you’re chewing on your two day old bagel with nearly expired cream cheese in it on the subway, patiently waiting for “shareholder value.”
And @jbelizaireCEO and management?
They dine at expensive restaurants multiple times a week, drinking thousands of dollars worth of wines, flying business and/or private, living in nice houses, driving nice cars and write these down as business expenses.
Also.
John Belizaire 2025 reported compensation: $6.0M.
Michael Toporek 2025 reported compensation: $12.5M.
And John’s 2026 base salary was subsequently increased to $600K, with a 100% target annual bonus opportunity.
And these are “only” the “reported” numbers….
So while long-term shareholders stare at 90–95% losses, I’m not exactly worried management is struggling to afford the cream cheese. 😂
Reverse split. Dilute. Reverse split authorization. Shareholders get poorer. Management gets paid and wealthier.
What a beautiful arrangement. 🤡
