DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL OR EVEN THE CHAIN AS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!
This was meant to be a romantic night away.
I paid £119 to not even stay at this 4* Hotel!
I must advise you all to stay away from this substandard '4*' hotel.
