As we prepare for the final send-off of Rev. Fr. Charles Ssewava at Kisubi, we gather in prayer, thanksgiving, and loving remembrance of his life and service to God The Requiem Mass will be led by the National Director Radio Maria Uganda, Rev. Fr. John Bosco Sserumaga.
2026 has struck the Catholic Church deeply with so many deaths of beloved priests. I’m distraught at the death of Fr.Ssewava, a church historian and jolly fellow. I hosted him at the funeral of Pope Francis where he gave an edifying analysis about the event and the norms. RIP!
Dear brethren, whatever your week held, Allah was there. He was present in the parts you wish had gone differently, in the ones you’re still trying to understand, and in the moments that made you smile with gratitude. May Allah’s invisible work and our whispered prayers always prevail, in the name of Allah, the Most Merciful. Ameen! 🙏🙏

@SimonKaggwaNjal@mildredtuhaise I recall when you hosted Fr. Servant Ssewava on the burial day of Pope Francis.
The Archbishop and catholic church in Uganda has lost a very brilliant and knowledgeable person.
Rest in Peace Rev. Fr. Charles Lwanga Ssewava.
He was serving at Kiwatule Parish and he was the former Editorial Director of Radio Maria Uganda.
