Once the Ghost is received, your new Ghost will be sent to you as soon as a team member is available to review it. The new Ghost will be sent back to the wallet # the original Ghost was sent from. We cannot send it to any other wallets requested. The Ghost you receive will have been pre-determined through a randomized process. You will not be able to pick which onesie, H hat, etc. you get.

If you are too attached to the ghost number that has been called, we are giving the option to trade in two different ghosts in place of the one that was selected. The two ghosts will need to be sent from the wallet number that holds the ghost that was selected. Please open a ticket if you'd like to nominate two different ghosts. Collectors have 5 days to send in the ghost.

Next to each winning Ghost number, you can see the category of Ghost that it can be traded in for. If you have any questions regarding a Ghost that you have sent or will send in, please open a support ticket in our Discord.
