🚨 THIS IS BIGGER THAN A FOREST.

We can confirm Over 15,000 acres of forest land are being degazetted to allow the land to be titled and sold.

The areas include:

- Mount Elgon Forest - 11,483 acres
- Turbo Forest - 3,069 acres
- Kakamega Forest(Shiru) -235 acres
- Kakamega Forest(Shaviringa) - 89 acres
-South Nandi Forest (Chepkumia Area): -2,444 acres

That is 15,000+ acres.

Here’s what should worry Kenyans: we reached out to locals in some of these areas. Many say they don't even know what is happening.

Meanwhile, sources allege that politicians, including senior ones, are already positioning themselves around the land, with different plans for what happens after.

I have gone through some documents.

The process was initiated through a petition to Parliament by CS Deborah Barasa, and a recent parliamentary report shows the matter was approved and is in final stage.

So ask yourself:

Why is 15,000+ acres of forest being opened up for possible private ownership while the people living around it say they were never told?

And perhaps the bigger question:

Who stands to benefit when the forest becomes private land? We know the first lady reportedly adopted Kakamega Forest.
