Hi @ScottishPower I have just experienced the worst ever "customer services" from your team. I have copies of the messages if you would like to see them.

Secondly., this account is from 2015 and you never contacted us to create a new account under your name or company when you moved in. You keep using previous account which was registered under different account."
@rosslittle@Deliveroo@AldiUK@DeliverooHelp Absolutely shocking. It should be the companies using deliveroo that are held financially responsible and not the customer. So many things go wrong and I have always been accomodating. Put their new policy of no refunds is a worry! I can't use them anymore.
@Deliveroo@AldiUK Such a shame that you have changed your policy and are no longer offering refunds for missing clients. We spend on average £200-£300 a week on deliveroo and obviously can't place an order now if you are unprepared to refund a missing item. missing items are really common.
