Taxes must be paid, but I am happy to have increased my position in Ondas by nearly 150% this year from 1.9M to 4.8M shares.
This reflects shares that I have both purchased (via the OAS exchange early this year) and now earned via RSU grants that vested this week, both net of tax considerations.
The shares I received this week where the first award I have earned since joining Ondas in 2017.
There is a lot more work ahead. 👊🏽
Honored to host Ethan Klein, US Chief Technology Officer and show our progress on Kaleidos. The future of energy is portable and built in America! @USCTO47
$ONDS
If you haven’t realized yet, let this be your sign that @WorldViewSpace will be huge part of $ONDS business plan.
The contracts are just beginning, this is just the tip of the iceberg. Expect to see more rolling in Q4. They have already been testing in SOUTHCOM with the US Naval Forces, so only execution would lead to such a contract. If they continue to execute and then integrate Skyweaver, I see this being very valuable to the military and the contracts will only get larger.
Personally, this seems more of a 3 month test to me, which could lead to a bigger contract down the road
Ondas’ @WorldViewSpace has been selected by U.S. Naval Forces SOUTHCOM / U.S. 4th Fleet and SMX as the high-altitude balloon provider for a $4.8M, 3‑month Maritime Domain Awareness mission in the SOUTHCOM AOR, supporting counter-narcotics and IUU fishing operations with stratospheric ISR coverage. $ONDS

This is such a good comparison by Sleuth. It shows you that a company like Motorola is willing to pay over 8x the current revenue for an anti drone company
The demand for these systems will be huge and $ONDS Sentrycs 👊
🚨 BREAKING: MOTOROLA ACQUIRES D-FEND FOR $1.5B AND IT HAS HUGE IMPLICATIONS FOR SENTRYCS OF $ONDS
Motorola Solutions just paid $1.5B for a counter-drone company expecting $185M in 2026 revenue.
That’s 8.1x forward revenue for a single counter-drone platform.
That company is D-Fend, an Israeli RF-based counter-drone company with thousands of deployments across more than 30 countries and 50% annual revenue growth over the last three years.
Sound familiar? 🤔
Sentrycs of $ONDS is an Israeli RF-based counter-drone company with very similar credentials, deployments, and success.
$ONDS acquired Sentrycs for $225M last year.
Motorola just paid $1.5B for the comparable 😳
At ~$100M in 2026 revenue and the same 8.1x multiple Motorola just established, Sentrycs alone implies a comparable transaction value of $810M.
Again, Ondas paid $225M for it…
And Sentrycs is only one platform inside a complete system of systems at $ONDS.
The market just told you what a single counter-drone platform is worth to a strategic acquirer 🤷♂️
Ondas owns the whole architecture.
This is extremely bullish not only for the mitigation layer of c-uas, but it paints a clear picture of the efficacy of the $ONDS “double dip” M&A strategy.
Great find by the bro @bodoxstocks

There are people out there living their lives, completely unaware that the stock market is in one of the greatest wealth creation periods of our generation.
Thankful.

Great to see positive feedback from customers who have tested the technology from across the sector.
“Sentrycs was the only systems that did not provide false alarms and was trusted enough to be used”

🚨👀 Another use case unlocked for Sentrycs..
Real-world feedback from the @Esri Community on Sentrycs re protecting warehouses using CUAS tech:
🗣️ “After testing a few options, Sentrycs was one of the only systems that felt reliable enough for the team to actually trust the alerts” - instead of constant manual double-checking in a high-RF warehouse environment.
Esri Community members are often decision-makers or influencers in government, enterprise security, and critical infrastructure.
This kind of organic review for Sentrycs is great exposure to companies evaluating CUAS solutions👊🏻
