@0thernet@zocomputer Methinks ego is getting in the way of good business sense with this supposed “poasting” communication strategy. If I was an investor, I’d be very bearish. So, daddy chill!
@_laurynas@0thernet@zocomputer@0thernet , take a look at the folks at https://t.co/B9VkGLcjBH (also see https://t.co/a21fpoqdAR, @FiberyHQ, & @mdubakov) for the type of positive, transparent, and even sometimes self-deprecating vibe that I and a lot of people are very attracted to. PS: Zo Rules!
@_laurynas@0thernet@zocomputer I wholeheartedly agree. Everyone copies everyone, that's expected. @0thernet , I recommend a tone shift away from undertones of snarkiness against competitors to acknowledging them, even complimenting good bits, then say why Zo is even better on merit alone
@fomomofosol got an account and I’m very interested in this product, but I wonder how much it will cost once it goes live with billed plans. I don’t want to invest a bunch of time and set it all up only for it to be like Notion custom agents aka too expensive!
@_clem So for eg: contacts live in Google bc more practical for obvious reasons, but if workers enabled GContact<-> notion DB two way sync, then 3rd party integration costs down, Notion AI could help manage (add, update, read, etc) contacts manually, & less need for big MCP runs
@_clem Custom agent runs could be reduced (opt more for Notion AI) or made much cheaper if I brought the data into Notion (esp w/ 2 way sync) vs MCP for everything. And having more external data feel Semi-native in Notion makes relating things seamless
@mschoening@NixisWorld@NotionHQ@mschoening if I were Notion, I'd put something out that details all of the tools/methods that are being tested to help with the agent cost optimization ASAP after this release today, don't want to scare too many of us off!
@avrothewizard@NotionHQ I built something like that too. Between using my "Fitness Manager" agent for 4 runs, and roughly half a month of using Notion's "morning brief" template agent once a day, I'd already be 10,714 tokens (or ~$100) in the hole once billings kicks in on May 4! 😑
@bettercreating@NotionHQ Amazing capabilities, but pricing is ridiculous for anyone other than large enterprises. For the rest of us, it highlights the relative efficiency of a $200 per month Claude Max subscription (which I am now seriously considering!).
@wildenfreetech@jinsu Agreed. Since i am a business user without a Google Workspace environment (and thus can’t use the AI connector for my Google Drive), the more help we can get with files and images natively in Notion, the better!
