We understand the frustration, and we take concerns like this seriously. To clarify, this incident did not involve a breach of NDAX systems, nor is there any indication that customer accounts or funds were compromised. It relates to a third-party service provider used across the industry.
We chose to communicate openly about it because transparency matters to us. We’re actively reviewing our vendor oversight and security controls to further strengthen our processes. If you have specific concerns, our support team is available to help
All regulated exchanges rely on third-party providers for services like identity verification, regardless of size. We believe in being transparent with our community when incidents involve our partners.
This situation originated outside of NDAX’s systems, and there is no evidence that our platform or customer accounts were compromised. That said, we take matters like this seriously and are actively reviewing additional safeguards and vendor oversight to further strengthen our security framework.
Bitcoin’s first block carried a headline:
“Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks.”
Bitcoin was born in a financial crisis.
For its 17th birthday, Ndax is turning that origin into action with the Block 17 Relief Fund to help Canadians with essential costs (rent, groceries, utilities, medical bills).

The beauty of bitcoin is the simplicity of its design.
There will only ever be 21 million bitcoin.
Blocks come in every ~10 minutes.
The difficulty adjusts every 2,016 blocks.
The block subsidy gets cut in half every 210,000 blocks.
Blockspace is limited.
A transaction must be valid to get included in a block.
In a hyper-financialized and centrally planned global economy bitcoin's simplicity is counterintuitive.
"Monetary systems are complex. It can't be this easy."
Not only CAN money be simple, but it SHOULD be simple. We've been brought up in a counterproductive centralized system and humanity has succeeded in many areas in spite of the central planners.
Imagine what we'll be able to do when the central planners are replaced with a simple, neutral and incorruptible permissionless monetary network. Those who abide by and adapt around bitcoin's simple rule set will be able to coordinate economic activity with orders of magnitude more certainty than they have today.
No more guessing about what the Fed will do, how much debt the Treasury plans on issuing or whether or not capital controls will be turned on like a light switch.
That all goes away under a Bitcoin Standard.
Keep it simple, stupid.

We're experiencing service interruptions due to Microsoft Azure issues. NDAX is actively exploring alternative solutions to restore services. Rest assured, your assets are safe and secure.@ndaxio
@BigADA244@ndaxio@IagonOfficial We’d love to support Cardano Native tokens, and we’re definitely looking into it! Unfortunately, not many custody providers offer support for this. We'll keep exploring options, but we can't make any promises just yet.
Isn't it just fascinating that BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF has had zero outflows, while all other ETFs are seeing major outflows? What could possibly be the reason behind this? Different Investor base?
I don't typically like putting companies on blast given my large audience here, but wow does @Zendesk deserve it.
The longer version will be shared later, but the short version is they:
1) Misled us twice on our contract renewal date
2) Refuse to accept that their mistake locked us into another year-long contract after acknowledging that they did make this mistake
3) Are continuing to charge us over $2,000/month for a service we explicitly canceled based on what their team shared with us about our contract renewal date.
This is so beyond unacceptable customer support that I'm genuinely speechless.
