I'm trying to nap so I'm good for a 1.30am tip. I've taken the day off work tomorrow. My process is good but my god this anticipation is some kind of beautiful torture.
Time will never troll harder than the next few hours.
For the minimum Sochan is insane value. Regular season depth yes, but also as a guy to throw at primaries like Cade, Brown, Mitchell for spot minutes or high stakes possessions in the playoffs if OG/Mikal are in foul trouble. For the optionality and the money - great great move.
@TheCohencidence interested to hear your latest but isn't it overwhelmingly best to wait till the summer for all parties?
Mil gets a top 10 pick this draft. Then can load up on win now pieces. Devaluing the picks Blazers have thus giving them more leverage to get them back?
@TheCohencidence Fair. Wasn't including Giannis in all parties. All teams then! Plus Giannis wanting a resolution would require him to say something definitive...
What's your gut telling you is the most likely endgame?
Mike Brown is a mad scientist, and the Knicks won the NBA Cup because of it.
Playing fast, slow, big, small, chaotic, or stagnant… nothing is off the table in Brown's pursuit to discover what the best version of this Knicks team looks like.

*Ahem*
It's been a fun challenge to help get KFS to 10,000+ newsletter subs, 43,000+ YT subs, and become the most listened to Knicks podcast on the planet all in my spare time, but from now on, I'll be doing this as my full time gig.
More news to come, but in short, giddy up.
@shwinnypooh No doubt he'd be a fantastic signing. But to be in with a shout, you have to get Europe this year and likely CL. Because both Liverpool and City have been interested before. Contract runs out in 2028 so we have a little more leverage than previous sales. Crazy window for you!
@shwinnypooh I think other big clubs will he in for him, so it's smart to get a leg up now if you can build a relationship. This was always going to be his last year with us. Improved too quickly last season. But Caicedo will be the benchmark price, and Carlos is a better all around player.
Dadiet is 19 and looks good. Diawara is 20 and looks interesting. Huk will give you spot C minutes. It's been real ugly but it's summer league and none of it matters to next season. Timeline needs to breathe lol.
@Knickstape2005 I agree he's an 8th man. But also think he has a profile that makes him the best two way option as a 5th starter. Obviously wont happen, but I'll bet he closes a lot, and that group will have one of the best net ratings by the end of the year. We shall see!
