@Rbjacobs Please reply to the responses I gave you?

[Bongeka Madiba @ByMadiba]

@FNBSA please explain how debits upwards of R5900 went off on my account without my authorization? How can you approve a debit order without my consent, no push notification on FNB app, no "please confirm", nothing! Just 5915 gone from my account and this nonsense?! Rectify pls?

[Bongeka Madiba @ByMadiba]

@Rbjacobs This crap is automated. They don't care

[Bongeka Madiba @ByMadiba]

@Rbjacobs @FNBSA POPIA officially went live on this day, so I can probably officially sue, correct?

[Bongeka Madiba @ByMadiba]

@Rbjacobs @FNBSA No added vigilance. No data protection &/ privacy. No security checks for third parties. No authorization from client. No!

Just unnecesary steps to follow to cover their own behind!

[Bongeka Madiba @ByMadiba]

@Rbjacobs FNB uses the app and OTP's to confirm transactions, how about using that as authorization? Not even your fraud dept picked up suspicious activity. 1st time debit, for 5900, and no warning bells went off?
& the best response you can give me is pls go through 100 steps of redtape?

[Bongeka Madiba @ByMadiba]

@Rbjacobs That's the point. I DID NOT grant permission. FNB did! And that's my problem. If you don't require fraudsters to fill in forms and go through these tedious processes, why should I? after all, YOU made the mistake?

[Bongeka Madiba @ByMadiba]

@Rbjacobs And this is all lies. I couldn't dispute because of the amount which you see clearly in my tweet. I was queued on secured chat, because there was no other respite

This isn't the 1st time you give an unauthorized 3rd party access to my account

[Bongeka Madiba @ByMadiba]

@IAmLuthando I'm not ok hey

[Bongeka Madiba @ByMadiba]

And I've been in the secure chat queue for going on an hour. I just...

[Bongeka Madiba @ByMadiba]

@Rbjacobs I didn't authorize this debit. I didn't make the call to start it, why should I make a call to stop it?! Why is the burden on me to call fraud hotline, when YOU gave a 3rd party access to MY ACCOUNT? You're the enablers of fraud here, thereby just as guilty!

[Bongeka Madiba @ByMadiba]

@Sipho_Motha @FNBSA I logged on just to complain about them to! Mine was for R5900. What the hell?!
