Unloading books after moving and my partner estimated we had ~300. I estimated closer to 500. We made a bet.

He stopped counting at 550. Hadn't even gotten to the books in the home office, or the books in my classroom library. 📚

Friendly reminder that New Year's Resolutions don't have to be punishing. Try a new fruit variety every month. Find a recipe for every type of pasta in the grocery store. Keep a tally of how many dogs you pet. Resolution does not have to mean burden.
