NAPLAN is not IMO a reflection on the students but a learning tool for teachers to improve skills, showing where a weakness in learning is for some & how to be more flexible with teaching. Schools can offer parents the 'opt' out. Look at NAPLAN from a different perspective

Teachers who assume that parents don't teach or try to teach their kids things at home. Some of us do and so.some of our kids don't think we are qualified because we mere parents are not teachers. Give parents some credit.
