Trump-Endorsed Republican for Governor of Florida, Congressman, Husband, Father, and Follower of Christ Proudly Serving SWFL. Official Account: @RepDonaldsPress
I arrived in the Sunshine State at 17 years old on a Greyhound bus, with a trunk full of clothes and a dream.
Now is the time to keep the best state in the country as the best state in the country.
Tonight, I am proud to announce my candidacy to be the next governor of Florida.
A parent’s role doesn’t end at the classroom door. Faith doesn’t have to stay at home. And our daughters shouldn’t have to give up a fair shot on the field.
These are values worth standing up for. Grateful to Northside Christian School for welcoming @ErikaDonalds and me for a conversation about keeping Florida a place where families can raise their children with confidence.
Thank you to the Ocala CEP for bringing together the business leaders helping this community grow.
Keeping Florida strong means making sure the people who build businesses, create jobs, and invest in our communities can keep doing what they do best. That’s why I’m focused on lowering costs and keeping Florida a place where hard work pays off.
This morning I joined @pdoocy on @FoxNews to discuss the riots in France, Governor DeSantis’s endorsement, and why Bill Clinton campaigning in Florida is a losing proposition. Watch below 👇🏾
We’re hitting the road, Florida!
I’m launching our bus tour to meet with Floridians and share my plan to lower costs, expand opportunity, and keep Florida winning.
Check out our first four stops below. Come out, bring a friend, and let’s get to work!
Thank you, Jefferson County GOP, for a great evening in Monticello!
The energy in this room is why I love being on the road. We’re taking our message to every corner of Florida and earning every vote. Let’s bring this home.
Floridians need relief from rising insurance bills, and the solution is not a hurricane tax.
As Governor, I’ll build on our reforms, bring more competition into the market, and lower costs for homeowners.
Preparing your home for a storm and rebuilding afterward shouldn’t break the bank.
My plan prioritizes older homes for home hardening and makes rebuilding permits automatic after a storm. Floridians shouldn’t wait months for permission to rebuild a home that was already approved.
Our goal: lower property insurance premiums by 20%.
A strong home. A manageable insurance bill. A little breathing room at the end of the month. That’s what we’re fighting for.
At @JAXChamber, I heard directly from community leaders about insurance costs, rebuilding after the storm, and strengthening homes before the next one. Thank you for a thoughtful conversation about bringing down costs and helping Northeast Florida families get ahead.
The Florida Dream is built by hardworking people who show up every day, roll up their sleeves, and make things happen.
It was great to visit Amera Trail in St. Cloud and hear directly from the men and women who help keep Florida’s economy moving.
The people who build, work, and invest in our communities are the backbone of this state. We need to make sure Florida remains a place where their hard work pays off.
Raymond Molina fought at the Bay of Pigs. His words say it all: “I lost my country once. I won’t lose another.”
David Jolly welcomes the radical left. I’ll stand with Floridians who know the cost of socialism and refuse to let it take root here.
Florida MUST remain free.
Floridians work hard to build a good life. Keeping up with the cost of living shouldn’t be the hardest part.
In Tampa, I sat down with residents, small business owners, and insurance professionals for a conversation about the costs Floridians are facing, from property taxes and insurance premiums to housing and hurricane preparedness.
Florida families work hard for what they have. They deserve solutions that help them keep it.
Democrats want to turn the pain of our past into political power. I’ll keep standing up to that.
We can acknowledge how far this country has come and still work to make it better. My focus is on policies that give people more opportunity and more control over their future.
From our beaches to our waterways, Florida’s coastlines are part of who we are. They’re where families make memories, small businesses thrive, and communities come together.
I enjoyed spending time in Indian Shores with Congresswoman @realannapaulina, local leaders, and Tampa Bay Watch to discuss my Coastal Corridor plan.
Protecting Florida’s natural beauty and strengthening the communities that depend on it go hand in hand. That’s the Florida we’re working to preserve for generations to come.
Every election has to be earned. I’m taking nothing for granted.
Floridians deserve a real plan to lower costs, give their children a shot at the Florida Dream, and hold government accountable. That’s what I’m fighting for.
