Two things: 1.) I think this is the first time I’ve been to Red Lobster in 10-plus years. It still slaps. 2.) I am nice to servers/bartenders. Always. I take the niceness up like 25 notches at Red Lobster, which is why I just rolled out of there with 9 Cheddar Bay biscuits.

Being in customer service at an airline sucked. I once had a CS rep from American Airlines tell me I was the nicest person he spoke to all year AND IT WAS AUGUST.
This is an exaggeration, but United is definitely the rudest of the three majors. United is consistently a leader on customer-facing technology (e.g., they have the best app) because they especially need to find ways to reduce customers' need to talk to employees.
