“Rwandans are happy with their own government”
It’s a visitor that’s says it. And he knows why… he can see for himself why and ask who he wants.
It’s a nation that rebuilt itself out of the ashes of the attempt of destruction of its nation .. only 26 years ago… the Liberation war was not just the fight against a fascist regime, it is also the reconstruction of its own nation, the human fabric of its identity as a nation… that’s why “Rwandans are happy with their own government”…
Mwiriwe, Nageze i Kigali 🇷🇼
Looking forward to my first visit to Rwanda and to fruitful exchanges with government, civil society, European investors, and, of course, Rwandan youth and women leaders.

Today at Urugwiro Village, President Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame hosted Francine LeFrak, President and Founder of the Francine LeFrak Foundation, and her delegation for lunch.
Francine LeFrak is leading a group of first-time visitors to Rwanda bringing together leaders from education, real estate, law, art, finance, media, philanthropy, and technology for an in-depth understanding of Rwanda’s history, the country’s reconstruction journey after the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, socio-economic transformation and inclusive leadership.

President Kagame had a meeting with Hadja Lahbib, European Commissioner for Equality; Preparedness and Crisis Management, and Johan Borgstam, EU Special Representative for the Great Lakes Region, to discuss the security situation in Eastern DRC, with a focus on ongoing continental and international efforts to address humanitarian needs.
Kigali … Kigaaaaaliiiii ❤️
Soooo, I showed already some of this upcoming

this is one floor higher …
the place with a View… view like “VIEW” 🫶🏾
“This conflict has lasted for thirty years. We have seen countless mediation efforts, but none succeeded in resolving the underlying issues. President Trump introduced a new and effective dynamism, that created the space for breakthroughs. His approach is even-handed, never taking sides. More importantly, President Trump’s approach is pragmatic. The process has not become an end in itself.
It is up to us, in Africa, working with our partners, to consolidate and expand this peace. There will be ups and downs on the road ahead, there is no doubt about it. Rwanda will not be found wanting. I assure you of that. Our only objective is, and has always been, for our country to be safe and secure, after having endured so much tragedy. We now only want to look forward, in confident expectation of a prosperous and stable future.” President Kagame | Signing Ceremony of the Washington Accord for Peace and Prosperity.
President Kagame and His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani toured the President’s farm, where he gifted His Highness @TamimbinHamad with Inyambo Cows, a symbolic gesture rooted in Rwandan tradition, signifying friendship, mutual respect, and the strong bond between the two leaders and their nations.
@liraduku I watched the game. Josh was rock solid at the heart of Canada’s defence. Calm, composed, and mature beyond his age.
His partnership with Roche is a perfect balance of pace, power, and poise. A brilliant centre-back pairing full of confidence. Send our best wishes from 🇷🇼
Murakaza neza i Kigali! This morning, we had the pleasure of flying the @BritishCycling team from London to compete in the UCI Road World Championships, proudly hosted in Rwanda from 21–28 September 2025.
