Yes! @rdhd34 @Ticketmaster @ChurchillDowns My brother-in-law has been trying for weeks to get a refund on our tickets and it’s always call Churchill Downs, who says call Ticketmaster, who says call Churchill Downs and so on and so on! It’s just a big run around!

I’ve requested a refund from @Ticketmaster in the middle of June for the Kentucky Derby @ChurchillDowns and have not gotten it after several phone calls. I feel like they are just giving me the “run around”. Has anyone gotten a refund for the Kentucky Derby?
