@PotteryBarnKids scam company. Terrible service. I ordered two ready-to-ship items, paid for white glove service, and scheduled delivery for tomorrow. Now, a day before, I’m told one item won’t arrive and maybe in January? I should have just ordered from Amazon. #scam
@ItaloTreno please remove my email from your newsletter. You force people to login and change settings. When I do it I receive a message that my account is not active yet and when I click on send activation email, the website (crappy) gives back an error!

@lufthansa@ClaireGoetschel It is the minimum to forward this request to your own department. If they don't pick up the call, a customer can't pick-up the luggage. You have liability on other people's properties after they open a claim. Please respond with some action.
@Lufthansa_USA Recently I changed my booking at the check-in. I have to change it again but when I called your customer service they were not able to make it happen and online I dont see the option. Can I change my return at the check-in counter the day of my departure? Pls help!
