@Andrewinsussex I’d prob pay up to £100 if I didn’t have lounge access - my value would be £20 lounge, £15 APD uplift ex-LHR, £30 for empty seat, £20 meal/drinks on board. Miles and boarding group would take up the rest.
@JohnJCrace@marksandspencer Still sell it in @ocado - it’s like having the biggest M&S food hall deliver to my door, with a polite driver and real carrier bags as a bonus.
@autocar Where’s all the ⭐ 😎 🤩👀 - you’re normally cheering the death of the European motor industry on here. Realised not many people will be buying copies of Chinese Fridge Quarterly?
@Favwontmiss I rustproofed the lower rear arms on my wife’s car this morning rather than unload the dishwasher. I still need to do the dishwasher, but I’ll do that in the 5 minutes before she gets back from the office.
@sharronlb102 I use mine all year as it’s an air to air heat pump. Costs pennies to run. This week it used about a fiver. I’d say that was worth every penny to keep a family of 4 comfortable.
@Daveyeahhh That’s been wasted for 10 years, I blame the house developers. I could have had it turned 90 degrees and further in that alcove but it would have been slightly less efficient at dumping the heat.
@Daveyeahhh You don’t have to have them half way up a wall. Installers like to have them as close to the indoor unit as possible. Less gas and copper pipes needed.
This one little 3.5kw unit cost £1200 fitted this February. Brilliant in the winter when WFH alone for pennies. This week it’s kept the whole family cool but only cost £5 in electric total.
