First time running 400mh I ran 55.2. This race is like no other and it was definitely a new experience but I know I can give it more it just takes practice.

I had a lot of fun last weekend at My.Sac Relays. I placed 3rd in 300mH invitational with a time of 38.4 and i also ran the 4x200 seeded and placed 4th and ran 4x400 seeded with my team and we placed 2nd. I got to take pictures with a lot of Elite athletes aswell.

Amazing day today at Redondo Nike invitational I PR in both of my events the 110mH and the 300mH. I PR with a time of 15.38 and placed 4th overall in the 110mH and I PR with a time of 38.2 and placed 1st overall in the 300mH which makes me the current state leader.
