Mummy Owolabi, wife of Pastor Juwon Owolabi of Lightlife Church International, has sparked reactions after speaking about s+xual intimacy during a “Marriage That Works” programme.

While teaching married couples, she said women should understand and enjoy intimacy within marriage, stressing that s+x should not be viewed only as a means of having children.

“If you die without experiencing org@sm, you’ve lived a wasted life,” she said. “God created s+x, God instituted s+x and as a woman you have the right to enjoy org@sm.”

Mummy Owolabi, who said she got married as a virgin and initially knew little about s+x beyond biology, explained that she later realised intimacy was something she needed to deliberately learn about.

“I knew that okay, I need to understand because this is a body of knowledge, this is like a university,” she said.

She encouraged married women to learn more about intimacy and added, “God is not against other styles in marriage.”

Her husband, Pastor Juwon Owolabi, also joined the discussion, arguing that intimacy should not diminish with age.

He referenced Abraham and his later marriage to Keturah, saying, “If you take care of yourself, the older you become, the better it should be.”

The church’s programme focused on helping couples understand intimacy as part of marriage, rather than limiting s+x to childbearing.

i need unbiased opinions because i genuinely don’t know if i pissed this boy off 😭 we argued about something and i kept disagreeing with him because i didn’t have the same information he had. after that argument he literally ignored me for like 2 days straight. then yesterday i came across the information myself and realized he was right so i went back to tell him i was wrong and said my bad. he just said “calm” and when i texted him again he went right back to ignoring my ass 😭 like did i actually do something wrong or is he just mad at me because i kept arguing with him
