Many people believe that a visit from a Robin is a sign that a lost relative is visiting them, in the spiritual world Robins are viewed as a symbol of visits from our deceased loved ones. The Robin also symbolises new beginnings and life, and is also looked upon by many as a sign of fortune and good luck. The Robin has been known as a spirit animal for a long time and many people believe that you should not ignore the message it brings you. But is this all just in the mind’s eye? In the eye of the beholder? Is it merely coincidence or is it a subconscious human effort to find hope and comfort in a time of loss, loneliness or desperation? Whatever your view or opinion this gift of nature has a way of presenting itself spirituality at exactly the right time for many.

Running a small business is hard enough without scroats like it’s costing us hundreds of pounds.
@JonathanYarwood I hope it’s @RickieFowler class pro
Gave me all his golf shirts at the Open a few years back to give as prizes for my junior tour . We didn’t know each other well .
I only asked for a cap . Unbelievable
17 years ago today: Bolton Wanderers got one of the greatest sh*thouse wins away you will ever see against Manchester City thanks to a stoppage time penalty.
Just look at the highlights 🤣
For anyone who’s not an Exeter fan I want to contextualise this:
Jay’s dad Adam passed away of cancer, aged 31, whilst still an Exeter player.
The number 9 shirt was retired for 9 years in his honour.
12 years later, his son will wear the famous 9 shirt for Exeter City ❤️
@ClubGreens@BoltonGolfClub A long but very enjoyable day saw some fabulous golf from Sean Doherty to take the 36 Holes Scratch Championship with 71+66=137! Chris Lloyd 2nd with 69+69 = 138! Compliments to all involved but amazing presentation of the course by the greens team!
Real ones remember when Gretar Steinsson was tasked with marking Gareth Bale days after he tore apart Maicon.
He shut Bale down and scored as Bolton beat Tottenham 4-2.
Thursday evening vibe: four seasons of Jay-Jay Okocha pulling out rainbow flicks, dragbacks, and curling in free-kicks for Bolton Wanderers. Halcyon days.
Booked a hotel last night for this evening and thought does anyone ever actually read the special requests. Turns out they do, they really do. Fair fucks
