Happy Valley is a must for any college football fan. One of the best atmospheres in sports. Penn State fans are some of the nicest/most welcoming/most hospitable fans I’ve ever met. The # of greetings, food, and drinks offered to us Hoosiers was insane. 10/10 recommend #iufb
