The Rajasthan High Court has fixed 28 September 2026 for the next hearing on the Tax Audit Report (TAR) extension matter, after CBDT sought additional time to file its reply.
A timely extension will provide much-needed relief to taxpayers and the entire tax professional community and enable proper, accurate and quality compliance.
CBDT, kindly grant a 30-day extension. 🙏
