I am trying to transfer the EPF Balance from one employer to another through form 13 but EPFO is rejecting the claim stating that EPS Contribution deducted

The Letter from EPFO stating that I am not an EPS member has also been sent to the EPFO Office on the basis of which contribution wrongly deducted for EPS has also been transferred to EPFO Balance

In Spite of the same EPFO is continuously rejecting the EPF transfer
