@K22422P Feels like Bluesky with poorly implemented Kotlin layer. Java elements atleast showed some thought & intention towards user retention. There are always new accounts on TL for some reason aswell. like they don't want users to form local grouping.

Medicine won't disappear, but some specialties will merge as AI absorbs menial analytical tasks while docs focus on higher level judgment.
