Fish, crustaceans, red meat, poultry, veggies, fruits, other grains, nuts & legumes… plenty left after you remove gluten & lactose from your diet. Bonus, you can get into great shape once you remove processed foods & sugars.

I will set new personal bests on the squat, deadlift, bench, press, pull-up, row, 1k, 5k, 10k run, 80k & 160km cycle.
