@TSTCproud @AngelaTidwell @Lance_LT The culinary students at @TSTCproud are taught all aspects of making a viable restaurant. They make their own menu and factor in all the costs. Taught by people who have worked in the field. Students can specialize in the front or back of the restaurant.
