Today is #BellLetsTalk Day! One of the ways we can all take action is to learn about mental health organizations creating positive change for mental health in Canada…every day.
When we talk with one another about mental health, we let others know that we’ll be there for them when they need us. They are not alone. Resources are available if they – or you – need help. Wellness Together is one of them, and you can access it here: https://t.co/EJIAuD4nlU
It's not too late to sign up for National Grand Rounds @ 1400 ET! Learn about @curiousdoc's tool kit to combat shame in the culture of medicine & much more. Lots of insight, plus 1 Mainpro+ credit. Sign up ASAP!
