Women and men are equal but different. For example, men are naturally better at packing the kids' clothes for holidays, cleaning behind the fridge, remembering birthdays and making sandwiches and we should absolutely celebrate that.

@drlesleybarron @arunadhara At least in MB this is a problem we SOLVED for endoscopy referrals with minimal additional resources. Cut all discrepancies between providers, and reduced 90%ile of wait times for urgent indications by 80 percent!
