@metronetfiber And we are still seeing terrible speeds this morning with no help from your support reps.

[Christopher Atkins @CAIndy]

@metronetfiber Then 5, now 3... of course, it's been more than 30 minutes.

[Christopher Atkins @CAIndy]

@metronetfiber Yeah.... after 40 minutes on hold I talked to your repo. I was told there was an "outage in my area". Almost two hours later and nothing is resolved. Welcome to 2020 when a plucky attitude and a phone number is a substitute for real customer service.

@paul_hammant one of your blog posts is referenced in the DoD Enterprise DevSecOps reference design https://t.co/rSWe0YqCT4

@GoogleStadia I'm getting "network connection is unstable" errors, but it's because your Equinix peering colo in Chicago is lagging out. Support isn't helpful. This is a consistently recurring issue. What should I do? Can you escalate with your network engineers?

@justincormack great kubecon preso! Would you expound on this item from the end of your talk: "if you just want extra security...control of launch configuration eg ingress controller"?

[Christopher Atkins @CAIndy]

@technosophos Ah man, during the Envoy pre-conf? Darn. Any chance the workshop materials could be made available afterwards for those who cannot make it?

@mtnygard Are you amenable to providing "Architecture without an end state" on-site? We have a great facility and would like a quote. DM?
