@Spedding16 I’d definitely just hound them, if it’s anything like how we used to work - they want the best for everyone but do have to prioritise the people with disabilities obviously but will do what they can for those who request it.

@Spedding16 Haha don’t worry! I did my dissertation in accessibility at music events so I came calling! - I’d deffo give it a go or even request an officials doctors/surgeons note post surgery and use that. We’ve definitely taken those at events rather than accessible badges.
